Practice Description: Mr. Zall concentrates in the areas of employment defense and general business law, with an emphasis on management representation and counseling on such matters as discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, OSHA, wage/hour, noncompetition and general business disputes. He practices before our state and federal courts, as well as a variety of administrative agencies (including, EEOC, MCAD, OSHA and state/federal wage and hour divisions).

Mr. Zall has been an Instructor of Labor-Management Relations at Framingham State College, Graduate and Continuing Education, and served on the Personnel Board of the Town of Natick. He has led the Human Resources Legal Series 2000 (United Chamber of Commerce in Franklin, MA), as well presentations at other client, industry and educational seminars.

He is admitted to practice before the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Mr. Zall is a trained mediator, meeting the requirements of the Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 233, sec. 23C.
