Mr. Cunningham, a senior partner in the firm, had over twenty years of experience in Workers Compensation Law. Highly regarded in the field, he was sought after as an advisor, educator and speaker on current issues in the field.
A contributor and speaker to the MCLE and countless insurers and third party administrators, Mr. Cunningham conducted seminars concerning workers compensation reform, statutory changes and ramifications, change in recent case law and the practice and procedures at the Department of Industrial Accidents.
He was admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
